Credits & Refunds

Lead Credits

Where applicable, credits will be provided to you on leads that are deemed invalid or otherwise not matching your filter set. Lead credits are provided at the sole discretion of The Lead Company. Not all campaigns offer or allow credit requests. Credit requests must be submitted within 10 days of receiving the lead in question.


Items eligible for a refund will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment. All refund requests must be made by the organization’s primary contact or credit card holder. Refund requests must include the name of the organization, card holder, and/or transaction number.


It may take up to a few days for The Lead Company to process your refund, but all cancellations and changes will be effective as of the date that The Lead Company receives your change request. A refund request must be received within 30 days of the transaction you wish to have refunded.

Policy Changes

The Lead Company reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at its discretion, or against any customer it believes is abusing this policy. Any such revision or change will be binding and effective immediately after posting of the revised Refund Policy on The Lead Company’s website. You agree to periodically review our website, including the current version of our Refund Policy. Our refund policy is made available on our website. It is your obligation to review our refund policy for any such revisions.
